We are a community anchor organisation - an independent local charity, led by and employing local people. Our mission statement is:
"Making Heeley a better place to be. We want Heeley to be a successful, vibrant and inclusive community; a good place to live, to work, to do business and to visit."
The Trust manages the Heeley Millennium Park, one of the first, biggest and few community-owned parks in Sheffield - designed and managed by local people, mostly built and planted by local people and held in trust for local people by HDT (Heeley Development Trust) for the next 110years.
ReCycle Bikes is also part of HDT and put on free cycling events for children around the city. We focus on BMX and Mountain Bike riding. We can bring bikes and helmets to borrow for free. Our events will be put on the Environment Week website and also on our blog: http://recyclerides.blogspot.com
does not have any upcoming events. For a full listing of events for all groups, see the calendar.
