Description | You'll need to be up bright and early to hear the amazing sound of a dawn chorus on Blacka Moor Nature Reserve. Join Jim Clarke, local bird expert who will lead a guided walk through the variety of habitats found at Blacka Moor. Here's your chance to experience the beautiful sounds of a dawn chorus and learn about the kinds of birds that you can find on Blacka Moor. Starting at 5am and finishing at approximately 7am Meeting point: Stoney Ridge Carpark (the small car park at the end of the woodland on the A625 Hathersage Road), Grid Reference: SK 277 806.
