Description | Our cattle are great at breaking up bracken rhizomes and removing its vigour, to allow areas of wood pasture and heath to develop. We will help out the livestock by cutting areas of bracken and opening up the soil to allow seeds from the hay and heather to germinate. Hand tools and training will be provided, but please bring your own lunch and drink. Strong shoes are recommended, as are a pair of gardening gloves if you have them. |
