| Description | Firth Park Community Allotment - 10th Anniversary Open Day. Firth Park Allotment is 10 so come and help us celebrate ten years of growing organically! There will be growing themed games and activities for children as well as the official opening of 'The Potting Palace' and a visit from the Heeley City Farm animal roadshow. We'll have a big thank you picnic lunch for all those who have helped with making the project a big success. Bring a dish with you for the picnic lunch. Child minders are welcome to bring groups along as are nurseries and individual parent/carers No children on their own are allowed on site - all must be with a supervising adult. Make sure children wear clothes that they don't mind getting messy in! Firth Park Community Allotment is part of the Heeley City Farm family of food growing sites. |
