| Meet At | Wentworth Castle Car Park (£3 charge) We will walk up the drive to the Long Barn Visitor Centre for 10.00 am. (Take A61 Halifax Road, Cross M1 at junction 35, 1st left at roundabout on A61 Barnsley Road, turn left onto The Walk, signed Pilley. At crossroads turn left along Park Drive to car park, signed Wentworth Castle. GR SK 325036 |

| Description | Guided Walk led by Gary Lee (caretaker and bird expert) to observe breeding birds in the area of the Wentworth Castle Gardens. (Suitable for most ages bearing in mind that quiet is essential). Toilets and refreshments are available. In the afternoon we have the opportunity to visit the Castle Grounds for a charge of £4.50 (£3.50 concessions) |
