Description | Join Andrew Hill and friends for an early morning ramble looking and listening to the birds. Andrew will identify birds and their songs on the heath and in the surrounding woodland, and discuss various aspects of their lifestyles and behaviour. This is always a worthwhile visit, with some of the "special guests" likely to make an appearance; Cuckoo, Wood Warbler, Pied Flycatcher, Spotted Flycatcher and Redstart among them. Please dress appropriately (it can be cold at dawn, even at the end of May) and wear sturdy footwear |
