| Description | There are seven churches in the Sheffield area which have qualified for the Eco-congregation award. Two of them, Emmanuel Waterthorpe and St Andrew's Psalter Lane Church, are running this event geared at existing and would-be eco-congregations, and including green groups from other faiths. The basic shape of the evening will be: refreshments (sandwiches or pizza slices); short presentations from several organisations from 6.45 pm followed by time to talk to the organisations and look at the displays. David Hughes will round off the evening, pulling together what has been presented or displayed, and encouraging us with thoughts/challenges for the future. |
