| Description | A course to introduce you to Green wood craft work. You will spend the day: Considering different types of wood and what you can make from it. •What sort of tools used in Greenwood Craft, and how to use them •Cleaving or Reaving from Hazel rods to large billets •Cleaving breaks and shaving horses. What they are and how you can use them! •Making either a Garden Dibber, Spurtle or Spatula Directions: sent with booking confirmation What to bring: work clothes; pen and notebook; packed lunch Let us know : if you have any special needs Price: £65 Refundable up to two weeks prior to course (minus £30 admin fee) No refunds for cancellations within two weeks of course Lunch: bring a packed lunch |
